IdahoRID reserves the right to cancel any hosted event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low registration, presenter unavailability, or other situations beyond our control. In such cases, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a full refund.

Registrant Cancellations:
If you are unable to attend an event for which you’ve registered, you may request a cancellation by emailing your request to info@idahorid.org.

Online and Hybrid Workshops

• No refunds will be issued for workshops that are recorded and made available for viewing after the live session. 

In-person only workshops 

• 100% Refund: Cancellations received by 11:59 PM, 14 days before the event are eligible for a full refund, less a $15 administrative processing fee.
• 50% Refund: Cancellations received less than 14 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
• No Refund: No refunds will be issued for registrants who do not attend the event (no-shows).
